Phix is Phixmo's built-in AI assistant. It answers questions about how anything works, pulls a contractor's own job numbers live — margins, unpaid invoices, hours — and on the Growth plan it prepares real work: drafting change orders and invoices, posting customer portal updates, and chasing missing subcontractor paperwork.
The rule that makes it trustworthy: Phix prepares, you approve. Nothing reaches a customer or a sub until you say so — your tap is the send.
Four layers, honest about which plan carries each.
Phix knows every Phixmo feature — change order flows, geofenced clock-ins, QuickBooks sync, compliance tracking — and answers in plain language, on every plan.
Ask "how much is unpaid across my invoices?" or "what did we spend on labor for the Oak St remodel?" and Phix queries your own data and answers with the basis shown. Included with Pro and Growth, for admin and office manager accounts.
On Growth, Phix drafts change orders, invoices, and estimates, adds schedule events, and prepares budget-line corrections — as ordinary drafts you can use, edit, or delete.
Anything that would reach someone outside your company — sending an invoice, posting to a customer's portal, emailing a sub for updated paperwork — is only STAGED. Phix shows you the exact payload, and your one tap is the send.

Nothing external sends without your explicit approval on a review card that shows the real recipient, real text, and real amounts — never a paraphrase. Decline and the drafts remain yours to use or discard.
Every action Phix executes is recorded: what ran, who approved it, when, and what happened. The full history lives in your AI Command Center.
Deleting records, payments and money movement, contract e-signature sends, voiding or cancelling, and plan or settings changes are not in the toolset at all. There is no prompt that unlocks them.
Growth organizations can connect Phixmo to Claude as a custom connector. An admin authorizes the connection once, with an on-screen consent that spells out exactly what it grants: reading your Phixmo data, and preparing actions that you approve inside Phixmo before anything sends.
ChatGPT works the same way — add Phixmo as a connector through ChatGPT's developer mode, authorize with the same consent screen, and you get the same tools with the same rules.
The approval rule crosses over unchanged — work staged from Claude or ChatGPT waits in your Phixmo pending list until you approve it there, and every executed action is logged the same way. Connections are listed under Settings, and an admin can revoke one at any time.

No. Nothing external ever sends without your approval. Phix drafts and stages work, then shows you exactly what would go out — the exact recipient, the exact text, the exact invoice number and amount — on a review card. You approve, edit the selection, or decline. Every executed action is logged with who approved it and when.
Phix structurally cannot delete anything, move money or process payments, send contracts for signature, void or cancel invoices, or change your plan, billing, roles, or settings. Those capabilities simply do not exist in its toolset — they stay manual, human actions in the app.
Every plan includes Phix for help questions (Free includes 40 a month; paid plans are uncapped). Data questions about your own numbers are included with Pro (250 a month) and Growth (unlimited, fair use). Preparing real work — drafts and one-tap approved sends — is a Growth feature.
